Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund of the advance paid.

• Cancellations made within 72 – 48 hours of check-in time are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance paid.

​

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for any refund.

​

• In case of no-show, the entire advance amount will be forfeited.

​

• Early check-out or shortened stay after check-in will not qualify for any refund.

​

• No refund will be provided in case of eviction due to violation of rules.
