1. Check-in / Check-out: 24 Hours. Any stay beyond the mentioned check-out date or exceeding the check-out time may be charged additionally.

3. Payment: 50% Advance while booking, rest at the time of Check-in.

4. Damages: Please take care of our property; you may be charged for damages.

5. No Smoking/ Alcohol/ Non-Veg/Pets: Our place is smoke-free, Alcohol-free, Vegetarian only and pet-free.

6. Privacy: We keep your info confidential, using it only for your reservation.

7. Extra guest : Chargeable, as applicable.

8. Complimentary Breakfast: We do not provide any.

9. Pickup/drop: We do not provide any pick or drop facility.

10. ID Proofs: Each guest needs to carry a govt. photo ID card (Mandatory).

11. Visitors: Strictly not allowed.

12. Vehicle Parking : In premises vehicle parking provided at your own risk.

13. Internet Service : Wi-Fi is available across all rooms.
